Poster Session

We invite EuroSys attendees to participate in a special poster session in the EuroSys technical program. EuroSys Posters will be selected in advance on the basis of one-page PDF abstracts, with no fonts smaller than 10 point. Longer submissions will be rejected. Abstracts must be submitted to:

https://www.softconf.com/eurosys/ESYSPOSTER08/submit.html

by 5:00 PM UTC Monday, February 18, 2008.

Posters will be selected on the following basis:

  1. Submissions must describe new, interesting work, not previously presented. We are especially interested in posters accompanied by demos.
  2. Submissions should represent early work that is not yet ready for submission to a refereed conference or journal.
  3. Student submissions meeting the above criteria will be given preference; however, non-students may also submit abstracts.

Please provide the following information in your PDF file:

  • Poster title
  • author names, affiliations, and email addresses
  • note which authors, if any, are students
  • indicate if you plan to set up a demo with your poster

Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via e-mail by Monday, March 3, 2008. No reviews will be provided. Due to publication schedule constraints, posters will not appear in the EuroSys Proceedings. The Poster Session is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, from 15:30 to 17:00. At least one author should be present at the poster throughout this 90 minute session.

The poster session is organized by Galen Hunt (Microsoft Research) and Petros Maniatis (Intel Research). Please send any questions about the Poster session to eurosys2008posters@maillists.intel-research.net.
