[ Inference Seminar ] The National e-Science Centre at the University of Glasgow

The National e-Science Centre (NeSC) has been on-going since 2001. This talk will give an overview of NeSC at the University of Glasgow from its early origins in Lilybank Gardens to the current day. It will cover some background information on e-Science and NeSC, and describe some of the numerous projects in which NeSC is currently engaged - with specific emphasis on those in the biomedical/clinical domain. The talk will also describe NeSC efforts to support the wider research community across the university.
