Scale abstraction

The Scale component is a re-implementation of the Tk scale widget, a slider with tickmarks and a label showing current value. The abstraction is more or less complete wrt. to the Tk implementation, and was implemented primarily to stress-test the Slider abstraction and how `extensible' it was.
