Tiler

the Tiler abstraction is a general interface for tiling a set of
components, taking care of interfacing with the lower regions of Haggis.
In the case of the Box, the Tiler takes care of redisplay and
the forwarding of device events, leaving the Box only with the task
of describing the layout by arranging a set of bonding boxes for the
children.

implements a generalised TeX layout algorithm for computing the size
and placement of components within a box.
