ScrollView operators

* getViewport :: ScrollView -> Viewport
return the handle to the viewing area, See section Viewport abstraction.

* getViewScrollbar :: ScrollView -> Axis -> Maybe (Scrollbar Double)
return the horisontal or vertical scrollbar of a ScrollView, if it has one.
