Some common user interface abstractions

On top of the Haggis core, and evergrowing collection of user interface abstractions and combinators have been created. To structure the description of the different abstractions, we parition the set of abstractions into a collection of sub-domains. The paritioning does not fit all components equally well, but hopefully provide a useful guide when looking up inexampleion.
