Indexing an Image Test Collection

In the context of the experiments (WP5) planned within the 
FERMI project, it was decided that an image test collection 
should be made available to every participant to demonstrate 
and evaluate various aspects of FERMI's propositions in the 
domain of multimedia information retrieval. The IMAG partner 
has been assigned the task of providing this data in a format 
that could be easily reused by all partners. In this report 
we present this collection, the way it has been indexed, all 
useful information about the index collection, and finally 
the indexing interface that has been developed to general 
this index data from actual images.
