It is argued that previously reported implementations do not fully exploit the technique’s potential. A number of novel extensions are presented which address these shortfalls and which place the technique in a sound theoretical framework. An implementation is applied to an automotive inspection task and results are presented.
</RECORD></RECORDS></XML>
