The system uses flash to freeze motion and stereo matching to extract the 3D surface of the pig. We have established a set of landmarks related to the underlying muscle structure of the pig and the surface curvature. We place these landmarks on a curvature-classified surface. We then extract cross-sections from planes positioned relative to key landmarks. We are now looking at the variability of shape of cross-sections with posture, animal growth, and diet. </ABSTRACT></RECORD></RECORDS></XML>
