about the project

The project team's research interests lie at the intersection of human-computer interaction and sonification. Since August 1998, we have been working on an EPSRC funded project to develop Guidelines for the Use of Sound in Multimedia Human-Computer Interfaces. Toolkit project case for support.

people

The project team, which comprises a variety of acoustic and computing backgrounds, has evolved over recent months. Currently, the active members of the team include two full-time members of staff and a research assistant. Past members of the team include another research assistant and a postgraduate Ph.D. student.
