In a joint project with a major financial institution in Canada, the HCI + TeleLearning Lab at the University of Waterloo has developed a multimedia case study for introducing project teams to user-centred design. This presentation will demonstrate the system and explain some of the user interface and instructional issues which it raises. Dr. Carey will also highlight other research projects in the Waterloo lab.
