We now have a collection of piles of information about sun rise and sunset times (courtesy of Michael Jamieson). This data has some surprising things in it - like the day when it gets bright latest is not the shortest day and apparently there is sun in January.
In this GIST session the audience will be working 8-) They will be split into groups and given the task of designing a visualisation of this data to answer one or more specified questions. These designs will then be presented at the end of the session before retiring to the pub for a long argument on the basis of "ours was better than yours"....
