Supporting Co-operative Work Through Ubiquitous Awareness-Filtration
Mechanisms
Rameshsharma Ramloll, Department of Computing Science, University of Glasgow
In this second part of my talk, I will describe the evaluation of my
awareness filtration strategies and present some use-case scenarios of
the multi-user desktop. If time permits, I will also discuss any future
work that may arise from this research effort. I will be glad to discuss
any criticisms which I am sure are many.

Teleoperation of robots or mechanical devices
Wai Yu, Department of Computing Science, University of Glasgow
This talk is about the research work I have done on teleoperation which
means human operators controlling robots or mechanical devices remotely. A
brief description of teleoperation and the current research interests in the
field will be given. Then I will introduce my work which is the development
of a telerobotic system for exploring human and computer co-operative
control.
