Camera Ready Instructions

Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper to PE-WASUN 2004.

The paper length must be 8 pages for each regular paper (with 2 pages extra at 100 US$ each) and 4 pages for each short paper (with 1 page extra for 100 US$ each).
Note that all questions regarding the Extra Pages should be directed to Prof. Azzedine Boukerche at boukerch@site.uottawa.ca.

The camera ready version and the signed copyright form for your paper must be sent within the

Camera Ready and Copyright Form Deadline: August 15, 2004.

Please prepare camera-ready copy of your manuscript for 8.5" x 11" paper following the proceedings information explained in the following link to the guidelines (proceedings templates to create camera-ready copy are available in Word, Frame Maker, and LaTex):

PE-WASUN 2004 Camera Ready Guidelines and Templates.

The submission process for Camera Ready papers will be activated starting on July 31, up to August 15, on the following PE-WASUN 2004 Camera Ready Submission link.

Please note: It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information (more instructions on the link to the guidelines).

The ACM copyright form must be printed out, signed, and returned with your paper.
See the PE-WASUN 2004 Copyright Form Instructions for details. We caution you that ACM will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a signed copyright form. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named (assumed senior) author only must sign.

Note that at least ONE AUTHOR must register within the

Author Registration Deadline: 1 September, 2004

and must attend and present the paper to the PE-WASUN 2004 Symposium presentation in Venice. Failure to do so may result in withdrawing the paper from the proceedings.

Registration forms will be soon posted on the PE-WASUN 2004 Registration page.

Due to the very tight schedule, your cooperation is very much appreciated!
