ACM PE-WASUN 2005

Camera Ready Instructions

Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper to PE-WASUN 2005.

The paper length must be 8 pages for each regular paper (with 2 pages extra at 100 US$ each) and 4 pages for each short paper (with 1 page extra for 100 US$ each).
Note that all questions regarding the Extra Pages should be directed to Prof. Azzedine Boukerche at boukerch@site.uottawa.ca.

The camera ready version and the signed copyright form for your paper must be sent within the:

 

Camera Ready Deadline and Copyright form deadline: August 8th, 2005 (THIS IS A FIRM DEADLINE)
Please note that the deadline has been anticipated with respect to the indication given in the acceptance message)

The following paper IDs should be used for camera ready submissions. (see instructions and copyright form at the link indicated below).

 

Please prepare the camera-ready copy of your manuscript for 8.5" x 11" paper following the proceedings guidelines in the following link (proceedings templates to create camera-ready copy are available in Word, Frame Maker, and LaTex). Name your .tex and .ps file using the file name (paper number) you should have received via e-mail from Ms. Lisa Tolles (Sheridan Printings). Be sure to format your document for American Letter (8-1/2x11). Please check that your submission adheres to the set page limit for your type of submission (see above).

 

PE-WASUN 2005 Camera Ready Guidelines and Templates.

 

The submission process for Camera Ready papers will be activated starting on July 15, up to August 8, on the following PE-WASUN 2005 Camera Ready Submission link.

 

Please note: It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information (more instructions on the link to the guidelines).

 

The ACM copyright form must be printed out, signed, and returned with your paper.
See the PE-WASUN 2005 Copyright Form Instructions for details. We caution you that ACM will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a signed copyright form. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named (assumed senior) author only must sign.

Note that at least ONE AUTHOR must register within the

 

Author Registration Deadline: August 28th, 2005

 

and must attend and present the paper to the PE-WASUN 2005 Symposium presentation in Montreal. Failure to do so may result in withdrawing the paper from the proceedings.
