Grace was Scotland's only ever ``organisational ombudsman'', and one of very few such people in the UK. (More about ombudsing...) She did her ombudsing at National Semiconductor's plant in Greenock; however, they eliminated their ombudsman program in late 1997.
Grace has also worked in HR (Human Resources) for Ceon, Tandem, Sun, and Philips.
