About Me

I graduated from the University of Glasgow in July 2004 with an Upper Second Class BSc (Honours) degree in Joint Computing Science and Mathematics. I am currently working towards a PhD in Computer Vision and Graphics under the supervision of Dr. J. Paul Siebert. For my undergraduate studies, my final year individual Computing Science project was in Information Retrieval in which I investigated methods of automatically building a stopword list for an information retrieval system, where my supervisors were Dr. Iadh Ounis and Ben He.
