These pages indicate some of my bioinformatics research interests. My current research focus is the development of an automated system for identifying target genes for the transcription factor SIX_5. In this I am collaborating with Malcolm Atkinson, Ela Hunt and others in the Department of Computing Science, as well as Keith Johnson in the Institute of Biomedical Life Sciences (IBLS)
