Roly Perera is a senior research software engineer, at The Alan Turing Institute. Prior to that he was a research associate at the School of Computing, University of Glasgow, and at at LFCS, School of Informatics, University of Edinburgh, working on the ABCD project with Simon Gay.
He did a PhD at University of Birmingham under the supervision of Paul Levy. The last two years of his PhD were spent at MPI-SWS, working with Umut Acar. He also did a postdoc there with Deepak Garg.
