The cost of the 3 days excludes accommodation and lunch but includes social events, the proceedings, teas and coffees and the trip to Aran. One speaker per paper can claim the early booking rate but are advised to book as soon as possible.

If you are claiming the student rate could you please include a signed statement of registration by your supervisor. The fee waiver covers everything except the trip to Arran and is provided courtesy of a grant from the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development, Airforce Office of Scientific Research, United States Air Force Laboratory.

Here is a list of local hotels and booking rates. All bookings should be made directly with the hotels to minimise the possibility of confusion.

In the event of cancellation all registration fees will be subject to a twenty per cent handling charge.
