• What do you do with the data?
  
  
• Many organisational causes arent
  affected by people running scheme!
  
  
• Alerting messages and reports:
  NASA ASRS 2,189 alerts (1976-95).
  
  
• But:
  - do alerts continue to be affective?
  - must monitor success of warnings.
  
  
• "Launch" specific campaigns to:
  - fight recurring problems;
  - continue to gather incident reports.
