I am Research Director of the Glasgow 3D-MATIC Laboratory in the recently re-formed Imaging Faraday Partnership. I specialise in research in cartoon animation and the extension of cartoon technology to image manipulation and film effects technology generally. I am a member of the ESPRIT Working Group CIRCUS and the TMR Network of Excellence PAVR .

My teaching responsibilities include GMM3 (Graphics and Multimedia 3) and Synthetic Graphics 4 . From time to time I propose Level 3 and Level 4 projects which you may like to look at.
