Please read general comments 1 & 2 on UAN.

In task Select Column, I'm not sure what the '>' means in >[BRC'] -- a typographic error?

In tasks Select Column and Select Cells, the interation operator ('*') is incorrect. You don't have to go to the menu item repeatedly, but only once.

Generally quite thoughtful answers in your cognitive walkthrough. However, see comment 3 on cognitive walkthrough. I couldn't tell which of the problems you identified were likely to be serious enough to benefit from corrective action on the part of a designer.

Please read general comments 1 and 2 on the UAN.

You seem to have used some strange characters used for the 'down' and 'up' actions on the mouse. These should be 'Mv' and M^' respectively.

The readability of the UAN tables would be improvedby labelling them with names rather than numeric identifiers (keys into a separate name list -- compact but hard to follow).

In task 1.3 you're specific about the menu name ('Format') but not about the menu item name. Please be consistent. In this case, since we have the specific information in the scenario, it doesn't hurt to put it in yourtask description.

See general comments 1 and 2 for the cognitive walkthrough.

Cognitive walkthrough answer 2.2.6 (and other similar ones): Your answer is either flippant, in which case you aren't taking the walkthrough seriously, or more worryingly it might expose a certain degree of contempt for users, in which case you aren't taking user centred design seriously. Only you can say which of these diagnoses is correct, if either. Or perhaps both are? If the latter is true, please make sure you never take a job that has anything to do with users or interaction!

Not too bad a UAN description. However please read all the UAN general comments.

I couldn't find a cognitive walkthrough report.
